What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-availability enterprise systems using Java.
• Optimize existing services to ensure they are scalable and meet high-volume usage demands.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform thorough testing and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure alignment with team standards.
• Mentor other developers and provide technical guidance and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Java development experience, with a must-have focus on multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience working with SQL databases.
• Extensive experience leading design and architecture activities.
• Proficiency with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or CodeRabbit.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
