What you will do

• Produce high-impact digital content for young audiences (0-6 and 7+).
• Manage end-to-end production workflows: from ideation and filming to editing and final delivery.
• Lead on-location shoots across the UK, including some last-minute and weekend assignments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and social teams to promote priority titles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Oversee and provide direction to junior team members to ensure high delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from MediaCity, Salford.
• Strong background in on-location production and end-to-end content delivery.
• Confident self-shooting skills using Sony FX6, Sony A7S, and iPhone 15.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Ability to independently manage audio and lighting during shoots.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of digital content preferences for children, teens, and young adults.
• Experience creating GFX for digital content and platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
