What you will do

• Convert long-form content such as podcasts, talks, and interviews into high-performing short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Own the visual language, including subtitles, framing, color, and motion, to build hirify.global's social media identity.
• Optimize content for distribution by analyzing hooks and retention curves to maximize shares and views.
• Pitch, storyboard, and produce original short-form films and visual essays from scratch.
• Iterate rapidly by shipping content and refining based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of high-performing short-form content with measurable results in views and shares.
• Deep understanding of health, fitness, and performance culture.
• Technical proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong point of view on content hooks, pacing, and editing that drives engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a short cycle between idea and publication.

Nice to have

• Personal passion for athletics and quantifying health data (e.g., tracking sleep or HRV).
• Significant personal social media following or a track record of creating viral content.
