What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure web applications and core platform modules from concept through release and support
• Influence application and system architecture focusing on performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
• Lead through clean code, design reviews, pragmatic decisions, and technical mentorship
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and engineers throughout the SDLC
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards, industry regulations, and contribute to technical documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on enterprise software engineering in scalable production environments
• 8+ years practical AWS experience
• Experience managing SaaS platforms on Kubernetes (EKS) and ECS, including container lifecycle, scaling, troubleshooting
• Proven full automation of software release processes to continuous delivery with automated rollback
• Implement and support MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining
• Strong IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation; advanced scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• End-to-end CI/CD with TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Bitbucket, Jira; monitoring with CloudWatch/Datadog/New Relic
• AWS expertise in networking, compute, storage, security; containerization/orchestration; databases; AI/ML frameworks
