What you will do

• Define and execute the technical architecture roadmap for Robot Management Systems platform.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures supporting growing robot fleets and operational complexity.
• Develop Node.js backend services, APIs, and integrations with third-party healthcare systems.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of modern DevOps practices.
• Ensure systems meet security, reliability, and compliance needs for healthcare environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years software engineering experience building distributed cloud applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js service-based applications
• Experience building modern web apps with React or Next.js
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, AWS (preferred), microservices, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools
• Ability to define engineering standards and provide technical leadership
