What you will do

• Shape the platform and infrastructure foundations for product teams
• Improve the full dev loop: local development, CI/CD, deployment, and production feedback
• Define and drive standards for testing, IaC, observability, and secure delivery
• Build shared tooling, templates, and golden paths for team leverage
• Own end-to-end secure delivery including scanning, secrets management, and supply-chain controls
• Optimize repos and tooling for efficient AI agent navigation and fast feedback
• Measure impact via DORA metrics and engineering team feedback

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background
• Experience designing and building internal platforms
• Deep experience with CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and developer tooling
• Strong grasp of modern software security and secure delivery practices (SecDevOps)
• Product mindset toward internal tooling with focus on engineer and agent productivity
• Fluency with AI coding agents and their limitations

Nice to have

• Understanding of e2e test frameworks like Playwright and scaling them
