Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Admin Platform): Lead the platform's Admin experience owning end-to-end self-service journey from trial to multi-site deployment with an accent on fleet management, licensing, and conversion optimization. Focus on architecting self-serve revenue engine, enabling enterprise scale through SSO/RBAC/security, and operationalizing revenue data for churn prediction and expansion.

What you will do

• Architect self-serve funnel optimizing trial-to-paid conversion for hardware and virtual instances.
• Eliminate onboarding bottlenecks in Admin portal through automation and experimentation.
• Ship enterprise infrastructure like SSO, RBAC, and security protocols to unblock sales.
• Build analytics framework to predict churn and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional squad of engineers and designer to prioritize growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years as PM owning Admin UI, billing/subscription, or B2B management portal
• Deep B2B PLG expertise in PQLs, trial-to-paid loops, self-serve onboarding
• Technical comfort with APIs, device management protocols, data schemas
• Analytical skills for querying data, hypothesis testing, user engagement
