Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; on-site in the Warsaw office two days per week is required.

Salary: PLN 20,000–28,000 monthly base salary, plus a 10% target yearly bonus and ESOP stock options.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end production features across backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Work with NestJS, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS, and related data and cloud services.
• Use Cursor and guide, validate, and refine AI-generated code for production delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, users, and stakeholders to solve real user problems through iterative delivery.
• Influence architecture and engineering practices within a small, autonomous team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with NestJS, Next.js, React Native, Postgres/Neon, and AWS or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness.
• Experience delivering end-to-end functionality in production systems, preferably with production accountability.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and evaluating AI-generated code.
• Fluent English and the ability to commute to the Warsaw office are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS RDS MySQL, GitHub Actions, or Datadog.
