Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (2 days per week on-site)

Salary: PLN 20,000 – 28,000 monthly

What you will do

• Develop and deliver production-quality features across the full stack using Nest.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Guide and validate AI-generated code using Cursor to accelerate the development process.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, product owners, and users to ensure iterative value delivery.
• Take ownership of end-to-end functionality and maintain production accountability.
• Contribute to architecture and engineering culture within a small, high-impact team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Postgres/Neon, and AWS.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to commute to the Warsaw office (2 days/week).
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, security, and observability.
• Experience building and owning end-to-end functionality in production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java.
