What you will do

• Drive sales development by engaging low-production brokers, conducting onsite visits, webinars, and demos to achieve digital business budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners to foster new business and portfolio growth.
• Handle high-volume broker requests, provide operational support for digital platforms, and ensure excellent user experience.
• Underwrite non-clean business risks (Professional Indemnity, General Liability, D&O, Cyber) after obtaining authority level 1.
• Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and IT teams for continuous improvements and platform enhancements.
• Analyze conversion ratios and report technical incidents to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• High-level verbal and written communication skills for webinars, training, and sales meetings
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional service standards
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement approach
• Self-starter comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
• Portuguese and Spanish speaker (ideally)
• Availability to travel in Portugal and Spain
