What you will do

• Monitor alerts, operational metrics, and infrastructure health to detect anomalies.
• Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of incidents to ensure minimal impact on consumers.
• Collaborate with specialist teams and third-party providers to resolve complex incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and documentation.
• Continuously improve monitoring processes and tooling through feedback and collaboration.
• Champion operational best practices to enhance overall system reliability and resilience.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven skill in IT incident diagnosis and resolution.
• Experience working with monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts to provide 24/7 round-the-clock coverage in London.
