What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain and audit employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to implement dashboards and system enhancements.
  • Drive HR initiatives and process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws for at least one EU country is a must.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR automation.
  • Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects.
