What you will do

  • Design and improve the employee lifecycle plan to ensure a positive onboarding and overall employee experience.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure reporting requirements are accurate and timely.
  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and local labor law legislation.
  • Administer inclusion and community programs, and organize company events.
  • Oversee office facilities management, supply inventory, and event logistics.
  • Monitor employee morale and implement engagement action plans to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in HR, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR administration basics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be based in Manila (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
