What you will do

• Operate, develop, and monitor attack detection and defense systems such as SIEM and IDS/IPS.
• Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability analyses for internal system environments.
• Design and optimize cybersecurity strategies, including Zero Trust and defence-in-depth concepts.
• Implement and assess technical measures to minimize security risks.
• Advise IT teams on Security by Design and DevSecOps for new projects.
• Perform incident response, including analysis, reaction, and follow-up for security incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or equivalent vocational training as an IT specialist.
• Several years of experience in IT security, system administration, and/or network administration.
• Sound knowledge of SIEM, IAM, network security, and standards like ISO 27001, BSIG, and NIS2.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
