What you will do

• Identify, vet, and onboard new vendors to secure quality, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance tracking (WBR/MBR) and onboarding training.
• Optimize pricing and costs in collaboration with merchants and procurement to meet margin targets.
• Develop fast replenishment and capacity management strategies based on sales data.
• Ensure all factories adhere to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Implement risk management and counter-sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain stability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically in Women Knit categories.
• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations within the retail landscape.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for vendor relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Must be based in China or Vietnam.
