What you will do

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accounts, including cafes, retailers, and distributors.
• Process incoming wholesale orders via Shopify and coordinate fulfillment, SKU allocation, and shipping schedules.
• Handle supplier communications, reorders, and issue resolution.
• Perform light accounting tasks, including generating invoices and tracking payments via Xero.
• Provide weekly wholesale summaries covering orders, revenue, and account updates.
• Coordinate cross-location logistics with the Sydney Store Lead.

Requirements

• Experience in wholesale/B2B operations, account management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong written English for professional client communication.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• High attention to detail in order processing and documentation.
• Alignment with AEST working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and occasional weekend availability for troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience in food manufacturing, commercial kitchen environments, or HACCP qualification.
• Familiarity with Shopify wholesale platforms.
• Understanding of Australian Food Standards regarding labelling and allergens.
• Experience with AI tools or workflow automation.
