What you will do

• Lead carrier improvement plans, interpret and publish scorecards, and conduct carrier meetings and QBRs.
• Drive continuous savings through market benchmarks and network analysis.
• Support touchless execution services using tools like MacroPoint and EDI.
• Act as escalation point for operations teams and carriers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• College degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related
• Microsoft Excel intermediate: VLookup, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficient Spanish and English (written and verbal)
