What you will do

• Develop empirical models to investigate the MTG: Arena player lifecycle and digital play format preferences.
• Create revenue and engagement projections to inform digital game design and go-to-market executions.
• Partner with analysts to understand Magic fandom across diverse player segments.
• Build real-time performance dashboards and reporting in Tableau for key KPIs.
• Collaborate with Business leaders, Economic Analysts, and Data Engineers to drive data-informed decision making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience conducting predictive and causal analysis.
• Degree in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline (graduate degree strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis using Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to translate quantitative estimates into actionable findings for non-technical audiences.
• Location: Must be based in Renton, WA, United States
