Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and scale growth opportunities and new business models in key global markets.
• Analyze the financial impact of growth experiments to prioritize engineering and business initiatives.
• Develop advanced financial and subscriber acquisition models in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Use consumer insights and analytics to optimize demand generation approaches.
• Lead the execution of strategic programs and campaigns to maximize global sales.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Software, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling.
• U.S. Person status (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) required for ITAR compliance.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and other SpaceX locations.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or growth strategy.
• Experience working with lean teams in early or growth-stage startups.
• Background in financial analysis with proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, or maritime.
