What you will do

• Design and build AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for real business use cases.
• Develop and integrate tools for agents, including APIs, internal services, databases, and knowledge sources.
• Improve agent quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost through testing and iterative evaluation.
• Build prompt structures, orchestration logic, memory/retrieval patterns, and human handoff flows.
• Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate ambiguous problems into AI solutions.
• Contribute to backend services, internal platforms, and lightweight interfaces for end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of software engineering or AI engineering experience (including internships/projects).
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java or Python; TypeScript is a plus.
• Good software engineering judgment regarding APIs, debugging, and system design.
• Strong curiosity and practical knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and production AI systems.
• Must be located in Asia as part of the Pioneer Talent Program.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or hackathons involving LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, or automation.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud environments, observability, or production support.
• Exposure to fintech, crypto, or risk/compliance processes.
