What you will do
- Lead technical support and integration for SMART infrastructure, traffic systems, ITS, and security deployments.
- Provide on-site and remote support to ensure smooth installation, configuration, and sensor activation.
- Plan and execute field demo sessions and validation tests tailored to ITS scenarios.
- Coordinate technical alignment between customer engineering teams and internal Sales, R&D, and Application Engineering teams.
- Establish feedback loops and improve technical documentation based on field performance.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in hardware/software integration or system-level testing.
- Daily presence in the Munich office is required.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (approximately 20%).
- Fluent in English; German language skills are strongly preferred.
- Experience with LiDAR, ADAS, robotics, or sensor integration.
