What you will do

  • Recruit and manage relationships with creators and influencers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee the quality of content produced by community leaders.
  • Design and manage creator-based growth programs, including referral and affiliate structures.
  • Manage official social channels and maintain an active presence on Reddit, Discord, and X/Twitter.
  • Align social operations with Marvel and Disney brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of comics and pop culture fan communities.
  • Proven track record of developing creator-driven growth programs tied to acquisition.
  • Experience managing high-following social channels.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in El Segundo or Los Angeles, California.

Nice to have

  • Active presence in Marvel or graphic novel communities.
  • Experience working with IP licensor guidelines.
  • Background in collector culture or comic conventions.
  • Experience with subscription-based app products.
