Salary: $200K – $240K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Architect and design secure, performant, and scalable distributed protocols.
• Write, deploy, and test smart contracts for production environments.
• Develop and own best practices for protocol upgrades and versioning across different networks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design on user-facing applications.
• Mentor other engineers in in-depth Solidity and EVM topics.
• Monitor latest Solidity releases and emerging security exploits.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of smart contract development with production deployments and security audits.
• BS/BA in Computer Science.
• Extreme proficiency with Solidity and the EVM.
• Experience designing distributed protocols and managing high-traffic smart contracts.
• Authorized to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience building and managing a protocol with significant TVL.
• Experience working with startups.
• Entrepreneurial background, such as founding a company or building side projects.
