Analytics Manager: Lead end-to-end analytics projects across hirify.global TV, NOW, Connectivity, and VIP using behavioural, research, and external data with an accent on advanced analytical techniques like causal inference, statistical modelling, and predictive methods. Location: Osterley, London (hybrid: 3 days in the office per week, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects for key business areas like hirify.global TV, NOW, Connectivity, and VIP to support consumer strategy and commercial priorities.
• Write complex code to exploit large-scale datasets using advanced techniques and extract strategic insights.
• Create visually engaging presentations that translate analysis into clear commercial implications and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders from brief to delivery, advising on analytical approaches.
• Expand analytics toolkit with R, Python, and AI-enabled methods through hands-on work, mentoring, and training.
• Share knowledge to uplift team quality and foster collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using analytics to influence commercial or strategic decisions.
• Proven track record communicating complex insights to stakeholders up to Head of Department level.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating large-scale customer, transactional, or behavioural datasets.
• Experience with advanced techniques like causal inference, statistical modelling, predictive methods; desire to use R, Python, and AI-enabled methods.
• Strong stakeholder partnering to understand business needs and deliver measurable value.
• Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver complex analytics projects end-to-end.
