TL;DR

Field Operation Lead - Level 5 (Aeronautics): Provide post-delivery modification leadership within the F-35 MUO Value Stream Team with an accent on managing Contractor Field Teams at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Focus on planning and integration of modifications, compliance, Agile cell oversight, and support for retrofit initiatives.

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid: part-time remote telework, part at designated hirify.global facility). Must be a US citizen with interim Secret clearance to start.

What you will do

  • Manage Contractor Field Teams executing modifications at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities for the F-35 modifications Agile Cell in MUO VST.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and company procedures.
  • Plan and integrate F-35 post-delivery modification support.
  • Develop retrofit correspondence, proposal estimates, and engineering liaison.
  • Support kit-proofing, verification, validation, ALIS integration, and customer/team partner activities.

Requirements

  • F-35 aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Planning and integration experience.
  • Executing modifications at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • US citizenship required; Secret clearance (interim to start).

Nice to have

  • F-35 Modification Retrofit Overhaul and Upgrade (MUO) experience.
