What you will do

• Design and carry out experiments essential to individual and group research goals.
• Investigate, learn, and develop new methods and technologies relevant to the project.
• Collaborate with scientific staff and consult literature to troubleshoot experiments.
• Maintain and share detailed experimental records and written protocols.
• Contribute to the preparation of grants, scientific papers, and patents.

Requirements

• PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, or a closely related field.
• Proven record of leading projects resulting in publications in scientific journals and conference presentations.
• Hands-on experience in cell biological and immunological assays (ex vivo and in vivo).
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multi-institute collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in molecular or biochemical investigation of cellular metabolism.
