What you will do

• Perform advanced laboratory testing for veterinary biologicals independently under leadership and department management.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while conducting tests according to government and company guidelines.
• Set up and operate technical equipment; maintain and evaluate sequential analysis of testing standards.
• Enter test results into the QC tracking system and cross-check records; maintain concurrent documentation (charts, log books, and related records).
• Maintain clean work areas and report unusual, non-routine occurrences.
• Handle hazardous/universal/infectious waste accumulation, labeling, and management as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with three years of laboratory experience.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation, microscopic analysis, and biological assays.
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and Good Lab Practices (GLP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven analytical aptitude/critical thinking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and work in indoor/outdoor conditions with varying temperatures.
• Post-offer requirement: rabies titer and vaccination will be required once assignment begins and will be performed onsite.
