What you will do

• Drive significant end-to-end technology initiatives across multiple architecture layers.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions to solve critical customer problems.
• Proactively identify and implement AI integrations (LLM prompting, AutoML) to enhance application performance and user satisfaction.
• Provide recommendations and best practices for application, platform development, and developer tools.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on software engineering best practices and AI leverage.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY.
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript application design and mid-tier languages such as Java.
• Strong expertise in Relational Database Design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics.
• Practical experience with microservices, container technologies, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build and integrate functional AI models and monitor their performance in production.
