TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Kraków, Poland)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain core features for a critical security product.
  • Build and optimize systems for monitoring file systems, Active Directory, and configuration layers.
  • Improve the performance and scalability of data collection and processing pipelines.
  • Lead architectural decisions and define the long-term technical direction of the product.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to design and deliver competitive new features.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer escalations and production issues.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET (including .NET 8+).
  • Experience with SQL (SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with API frameworks like ASP.NET Core or ServiceStack.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Kraków office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience with File Integrity Monitoring (FIM).
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with event-driven or streaming architectures.
  • Knowledge of Windows internals, file systems, or Active Directory.
  • Background in developing security, compliance, or monitoring products.
