Focus on translating complex legal frameworks into actionable strategies and moving initiatives from proof-of-concept to production.

Location: Global Remote (Overlap with EST working hours preferred)

What you will do

• Navigate regulatory and operational constraints to enable institutional adoption of digital assets.
• Partner with banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers to structure commercially viable solutions.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory frameworks into actionable strategies for deal execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and business functions to align on production pathways.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in deal cycles, improving execution speed and quality.
• Support the transition of initiatives from pilot phases to scalable, production-ready implementations.

Requirements

• Experience working with institutional financial players such as banks, asset managers, or market infrastructure providers.
• Proven ability to operate in client-facing commercial environments supporting deals and strategic sales.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and operational constraints affecting production deployment in financial services.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and business teams.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, including tokenization trends and institutional adoption.
• Operational knowledge of asset classes or financial workflows such as settlement, collateral management, or fund structures.

• Legal or regulatory background (JD or equivalent) with applied, execution-focused experience.
