Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hubs in San Francisco and New York)

Salary: $153,000 - $269,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop differentiated technical messaging and positioning to highlight hirify.global's strengths across product, design, and engineering workflows.
  • Synthesize multi-source intelligence from customers, analysts, and sales data to identify actionable competitive trends.
  • Create high-impact technical assets including architectures, battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Establish scalable intake channels for buyer feedback to influence company strategies and GTM execution.
  • Partner with the product team to influence the roadmap by highlighting emerging customer needs and differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales.
  • 4+ years of GTM or direct experience in software engineering or product development.
  • Proven experience in process creation and influencing decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored for different organizational levels.
  • Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hub-based).

Nice to have

  • Customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, or consulting.
  • Direct experience with hirify.global products.
  • Technical background in coding, product development, or building software.
