Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in office)

Salary: $272,000 - $320,000 per year

What you will do

• Ship end-to-end product experiences from capture and transcription to summary and follow-ups.
• Develop intuitive AI data capture features, including speaker identification via audio waveforms.
• Optimize summary quality, focusing on structure, factuality, and citations.
• Maintain and improve reliability and observability for realtime pipelines including SLOs and incident response.
• Create agentic workflows that convert discussions into tasks and organized knowledge.
• Implement enterprise-ready features including complex permissions and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (frontend and backend).
• Experience building and operating production systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Proven ability to drive execution and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Product-minded approach to iteration based on data and user feedback.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office on designated Anchor Days.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM and applied AI development including prompting, evals, and model integration.
• Expertise in media/realtime pipelines, including audio transcription and streaming.
• Experience building for enterprise customers focusing on security, compliance, and scale.
