What you will do

• Lead the game leadership team across Design, Product, Production, and Engineering disciplines.
• Develop and execute a multi-year franchise strategy to deliver strong business results.
• Oversee the product development process, including roadmaps, production pipelines, and live ops calendars.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of AI to accelerate team productivity.
• Manage relationships with IP holders to ensure brand integrity and generate resonating concepts.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute an integrated audience growth strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in free-to-play (F2P) gaming.
• Proven track record of operating and scaling high-profile mobile games post-launch.
• Deep expertise in content development and live operations for midcore games.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across creative and analytical domains.
• Based in or able to relocate to Japan.

• Deep fandom or understanding of the Monster Hunter franchise.
• Experience as a player with Monster Hunter Now, Pikmin Bloom, or Pokémon GO.
