What you will do

• Develop customer applications using hirify.global computers and internal tools.
• Map business problems to hybrid solvers and advanced quantum systems to formulate solutions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and gather requirements to design quantum hybrid applications.
• Communicate technical capabilities to customers and propose optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize new features based on customer insights.
• Ensure successful project delivery to achieve tangible business value.

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Operations Research, Data Science, Math, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of experience with Python.
• Business language proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Experience in consulting or working directly with external customers to solve complex business problems.
• Knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization tools like CPLEX or Gurobi.
• Must be based in Japan.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Networkx.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail Services industries.
• Experience with version control software such as Git.
