What you will do

• Design and build reference architectures and production-grade MVPs for strategic customers.
• Guide end-to-end implementation of big data and AI applications, including 3rd party migrations.
• Provide architectural consulting to bootstrap customer projects and drive platform adoption.
• Resolve escalated technical operational issues for customers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to provide product feedback and guide rapid resolution of issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Cloud Native, and Data Lakes.
• Proven track record in customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Proficiency in writing code in either Python or Scala.
• Experience managing technical project delivery, including scope and timelines.
• Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
• Ability to travel to customers 20-30% of the time.
