What you will do

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Develop and execute professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Conduct local site visits to classrooms and school offices to provide hands-on support.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to grow customer relationships and support pre-sales opportunities.
• Analyze usage data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for district success.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school/district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD to administrative audiences.
• Proven track record of leading district or school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable plans.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
