What you will do

• Maintain and optimize a cloud platform utilizing Kubernetes, Microservices, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and MySQL.
• Deploy software releases into Kubernetes using Helm.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve root causes within the cloud platform and applications.
• Lead incident management processes to ascertain root causes and prevent recurrence of outages.
• Manage and evaluate workloads across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with Security, Development, and QA teams to ensure adherence to security best practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, and Python coding.
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• Experience with Windows Server OS and MacOS.
• Must be US-based to be eligible for corporate benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with HashiCorp Terraform and IIS.
• Proficiency with build pipeline tools and the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Octopus).
• Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms, specifically StackDriver.
