TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth with an accent on ROI demonstration and relationship management. Location: Remote (US); candidates outside the US may be considered, but must be able to work PST/MST hours.

Salary: $59,000 – $78,900 USD (commission-eligible)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ~100 accounts, managing relationships with customers and internal executive teams.
  • Develop and execute customer-facing value plans to demonstrate ROI and maximize platform utilization.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through phone and written communication to identify goals and resolve roadblocks.
  • Analyze user engagement data to design targeted campaigns and mitigate churn risks.
  • Manage account renewals and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize gross revenue retention.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, customer success, or account management.
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes and a value-driven mindset.
  • Strong de-escalation, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work PST/MST hours.
  • Must be based in the US (preferred) or reside in a supported location.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
  • Background in sales or project management.
  • Proficiency in hirify.global workflows and best practices.
