What you will do
- Serve as primary coordination point for customers needing cross-functional support, assessing challenges and building resolution plans with owners and timelines.
- Stabilize at-risk accounts, build trust with Finance, RevOps, and SaaS operators by understanding their goals and supporting complex workflows.
- Partner across Account Management, Support, Product, Professional Services, and Engineering to remove blockers and align on priorities.
- Act as voice of the customer, maintain momentum on issues, and monitor account health proactively.
- Help customers maximize usage across billing, revenue recognition, and reporting; maintain discipline in Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional situations, escalations, and account stabilization.
- Experience with finance, billing, or SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn) preferred.
- Strong executive communication skills; highly organized and proactive in ambiguity.
- CPA certification is a plus.
