What you will do

  • Manage customer billing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving focus.
  • Process account updates, adjustments, and billing changes across multiple systems with accuracy.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies by identifying root causes and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Navigate multiple platforms and tools to review account data and deliver timely updates.
  • Respond to support tickets and customer questions through communication channels in a helpful manner.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally supporting billing or account-related work.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and reliable in managing tasks and deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NetSuite.
  • Experience with SaaS billing processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce navigation or Zendesk ticket management.
  • Associate degree or higher.
