Salary: $103,200 - $154,800

What you will do
- Lead downstream marketing for the AiBLE proceduralization strategy to unify storytelling and drive growth.
- Define and evolve procedural messaging and value propositions to communicate the clinical value of the AI ecosystem.
- Collaborate with surgeon partners and upstream teams to design and refine ideal procedural workflows.
- Partner with sales and surgeon education teams to implement effective training programs for complex workflows.
- Gather and synthesize field insights and competitive intelligence to inform future product strategies.
- Measure brand impact and marketing performance across channels to optimize engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 2+ years).
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits, events, and internal collaboration.
Nice to have
- Medical device industry experience, specifically within spine surgery.
- Experience with enabling technologies such as robotics, navigation, or AI planning.
- Proven success in brand, downstream, or commercial marketing roles.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
