What you will do

• Process daily bond accounting activities, including purchases, sales, pledging, and security setup for non‑custody holdings.
• Maintain, update, and correct security files to ensure accurate bond accounting records.
• Support customers with general ledger questions and resolve bond accounting report discrepancies.
• Review monthly custody activity reports to confirm trades interface correctly.
• Produce safekeeping statements and open position reports for internal and external audit requests.
• Manage portal administration and prepare Excel reports showing market values for pledged repo holdings.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3-5 years’ experience in an investment or safekeeping securities operations environment (or 6-8 years’ equivalent work experience).
• Must be located in or able to work from Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OK.
• Excellent PC, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a professional manner.
