What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Refinements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data teams to develop reporting and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Drive strategic decisions regarding the product roadmap and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong background in banking and/or insurance sectors.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.
• Spanish: Native proficiency required.
• English: Advanced / Professional working proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery and Data Lake environments.
• Expertise in various analytics tools like MicroStrategy or Google Analytics.
