What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements
• Lead complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale platform improvements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including enterprise applications
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Drive automation initiatives using testing and scripting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 5–6+ years ServiceNow development experience (new development + support)
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification
• Strong JavaScript development skills
• Experience in Agile environments
• Experience with globally distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright or ServiceNow ATF
• Full-stack Java development experience for integrations
• ServiceNow integrations and API development
• Exposure to Business Continuity Management or resiliency platforms
• Experience in large enterprise environments (financial services preferred)
