What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software/integration solutions with system design specifications and process flowcharts.
• Lead systems integration, develop and consume APIs for seamless data flow between platforms.
• Manage integration projects from conception to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Write high-quality, performant code with full test coverage, participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot issues, contribute to tools/processes improvements, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Apply technical knowledge to address healthcare domain challenges and participate in technical interviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional software development experience; proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript/NodeJS (Golang possible).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, testing, debugging distributed systems.
• Expertise in best practices: Git/GitHub, code review, static analysis (ESLint, SonarQube), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's in CS or related; excellent technical communication; understanding of project management.
• Successful IAL3 compliant identity proofing with necessary ID documents.
• Track record of problem-solving, team collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Strong Web Services/RESTful APIs, AWS, Go, relational DBs (PostgreSQL), project management certs (PMP etc.), healthcare scheduling workflows, Jira.
