What you will do

• Oversee investor transactions to ensure accurate trade-flow reporting to portfolio managers
• Evaluate trade waivers and correction requests from internal teams
• Facilitate investor trade settlement processes
• Support oversight of vendor relationships, including fund administrators and transfer agents
• Coordinate resolution of product servicing issues and operational errors
• Implement process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance data management
• Lead or support ad hoc projects in operations and client services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services
• Familiarity with alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds)
