What you will do

• Manage all aspects of ETFs and other portfolios, including issuing buy/sell instructions and handling corporate actions.
• Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structure using a systematic, process-driven approach.
• Partner with Capital Markets to enhance ETF market quality and efficiently manage flows.
• Provide verbal and written explanations of investment performance and processes to internal and external clients.
• Challenge current thinking to evolve the firm's investment offerings.
• Lead project work aimed at increasing the efficiency of the investment process.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with anticipated graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Strong background in finance and financial theory with alignment to Dimensional’s investment strategy.
• Professional experience in financial markets via asset management, broker-dealers, or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape for equity ETFs and mutual funds.
• Excellent quantitative problem-solving, analytic, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
