What you will do

• Work as a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional agile team powering live and on-demand fitness experiences.
• Build high-performance services emphasizing availability, latency, security, and scalability for millions of users.
• Lead technically within your team and across hirify.global, shaping architecture and best practices.
• Mentor engineers, provide guidance, and foster engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years developing high-performance, scalable backend systems
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, code assistants) for daily productivity
• Experience building, testing, deploying, and monitoring services
• Implementing event-driven architectures
• Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Cassandra, Mongo) databases, caching (Memcached, Redis)
• Expertise in Kotlin, Python, or similar; REST, gRPC, GraphQL
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
