What you will do

• Independently assess, scope, and execute Platform Adoption (PA) requests in coordination with client contacts.
• Perform configuration changes across the Genesys Cloud system, including lightweight custom IP development and integration work.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) opportunities with strong prioritization.
• Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to stakeholders and internal coordinators.
• Document all system changes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing resources.
• Monitor Genesys Cloud releases to recommend optimization opportunities during engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on production experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
• GCP certification (Genesys Cloud Platform / Professional level or equivalent).
• Strong technical proficiency in routing, telephony, workforce management, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to independently scope and execute complex configuration changes.
• Experience working in a high-velocity, ticket- or opportunity-driven environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
