What you will do

• Define the CTV product vision and strategy across SSP, exchange, and media activation surfaces.
• Develop innovative ad formats, identity-resilient targeting, and publisher tools to ensure market differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, sales, AI, and operations to launch high-impact products globally.
• Integrate advanced analytics and ML models to drive platform performance and value.
• Partner with streaming services, OEMs, and media partners to align with the future of TV.
• Collaborate with GTM and revenue teams to refine market positioning and drive product adoption.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years specifically in video or CTV advertising.
• Deep expertise in SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, SSAI, and identity solutions.
• Proven track record of building scalable programmatic ad tech products across multiple environments.
• Technical proficiency to lead AI-driven initiatives and collaborate closely with engineering.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for high-level internal and external influence.
