What you will do

• Define the end-to-end global product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global News to achieve high-growth execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Executive Team, providing data-driven insights to shape market vision.
• Mentor and scale a world-class team of Product Managers and analysts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver products for OEMs, publishers, and advertisers.
• Optimize app/on-device revenue through native ads, content engines, and eCPM for platforms with 100M+ users.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience scaling PM teams in digital publishing, ad tech, or media.
• Deep expertise in strategic monetization and revenue optimization for high-scale platforms.
• Proven ability to balance aggressive revenue goals with high-quality B2C user experiences using A/B testing.
• Visionary approach to integrating AI/GenAI and advanced recommendation systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-sided marketplaces.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office.
